Project Manager Consulting
Job Description
✅ Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client projects from discovery through implementation and post‑launch review
✅ Own the project plan, scope, timeline, budget, risks, and communications across multiple workstreams.
✅ Facilitate workshops; gather and translate business requirements into clear deliverables and success metrics.
✅ Build strong client relationships, set expectations, run stand‑ups/steering meetings, and provide executive‑ready status reports
✅ Drive continuous improvement with retrospectives, lessons learned, and process/tool enhancements.
✅ Ensure the quality of deliverables and alignment with contractual obligations and KPIs.
- Request: 5+ years managing consulting, financial audit or professional services environment.
Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; confident with executives.
Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and risk management abilities; calm under pressure.
Proficient with project tools (e.g., Jira/Asana, MS Project, Confluence, Google/Office Suite).
Nice to have: domain experience in fintech/retail/health/manufacturing, basic data/analytics familiarity.

Junior Business Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Chișinău. In this role, you will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and conducting data analysis to support strategic business decisions. You'll prepare reports and presentations for management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and support project management activities. Additionally, you'll review financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities, analyze business processes, and assess companies' financial performance.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AI tools and Google Sheets is highly appreciated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Language proficiency in English, Romanian, and Russian (medium level and up). Experience in financial modeling is highly appreciated. Attentive to details and able to think out of the box. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
